Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Donaldson Filtration GB Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in providing HR services, managing day-to-day operational issues, and supporting the achievement of company objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with the HR Team Leader and other departments to ensure the efficient delivery of HR services and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and issuing HR documentation, including employment contracts, job descriptions, and employee communications
  • Supporting the HR Team Leader with permanent recruitment, including candidate sourcing, interviews, etc.
  • Leading the onboarding process for all permanent starters
  • Maintaining data integrity and accuracy on HRIS, time and attendance system, and Excel spreadsheets
