Catering Assistant

This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £27,427.22 and benefits package.**

**Shift Pattern**:5 of 7, 8hr between 0700-2200, 40 hours per week

**What will you deliver?**:

- To prepare, serve and restock food and beverage as needed/requested
Assist in providing a world class and cost effective service.
- Preparation of food and drink as required along with the restocking of fridges, counters and display units.
- Serving of food and drink,obtaining payment via cash, card or any other acceptable form, following company and client cash handling procedures at all times.
- Maintain & clean work areas, where reasonably practical, ensuring units are clean and presentable at all times.
- Attend any/all training requested, obtaining/passing CIEH Level 2 in Food Safety, following safe, hygienic food safety practices at all time.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Previous experience working within catering/hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, IOSH certification is desirable
- Basic Food Hygiene trained (Level 2) with knowledge/understanding of HACCP.
