**Equans is looking for a Catering Supervisor to join our team in Kings College London, Stamford St, London, SE1 9NQ on a fixed term basis for maternity cover. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £30,140.75 and benefits package.**

**Shift Pattern**:Any 5 of 7, 8hr between 0600-2300, 40 hours per week

**What will you deliver?**:

- To ensure the smooth, effective & cost efficient running of the entire catering operation (Cafes, Cart, Restaurant, Hospitality), and any other associated areas, with your fellow supervisors, as one team, with a consistent one team approach.
- To lead by example, complying with, and enforcing, all Bouygues & King’s Food policies & procedures. To ensure all displays/counters are appropriately stocked within all catering areas, adequately staffed to meet the demands of the business, along with the management, supervision and allocating/delegating of tasks to the team, consistently, throughout the day.
- To carry out all tasks in a professional and efficient manner.
- To carryout stock takes, ordering of stock, staff rotas, regularly reviewing work schedules & pre service checklists, the closing down of tills and generating report, ensuring food allergens are displayed on all home made products, cakes/pastries etc, the monitoring and completion of HACCP documentation, the completion of daily/weekly/monthly documents (hospitality PMS, first aid boxes PPM’s, food allergen audit, Supervisor checklists etc)

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Previous experience working as a supervisor within catering/hospitality and/or as a Barista is highly desirable.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills and IT literate
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, IOSH certification is desirable
- Basic Food Hygiene trained (Level 2) with knowledge/understanding of HACCP.
