We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at Ribbons & Reeves, a specialist education recruitment agency. As a PA to Executive Headteacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the leadership team in a thriving federation of primary schools in Lambeth.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Executive Headteacher's schedule, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation, and other logistical aspects of the Executive Headteacher's role.
  • Providing administrative support for events, conferences, and other activities, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption to daily operations.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative support, preferably in an educational setting.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £36,000-£37,500 (pro rata) and a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career advancement within our organization.
