Job Title: 1st Line IT Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled 1st Line IT Support Technician to join our team at Syntax Consultancy Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to our clients via phone, email, and remote desktop.
  • Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in IT support.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in IT Service Desk and Helpdesk environments.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 2 days/week working from home.
