**First Line IT Support Technician Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled First Line IT Support Technician to join our team at Syntax Consultancy Limited. As a key member of our IT services business, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop access
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical issues
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a first-line IT support role
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware
