Training Delivery Professional

A Learning and Development/Training Delivery Professional is required by HR Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service Ltd. This is a home-based role covering southeast home counties and southern regions, requiring you to deliver training into Care Homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the facilitation of a flexible and planned program of workshops and coaching providing first-class learning and development to internal stakeholders and employees.

You will have experience in communicating at a senior level and working in a highly compliant organisation. A strong understanding of the care sector regulatory environment is also essential. You should have experience in delivering training directly to delegates and managing e-learning and online training systems.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to drive to various locations and must have the following qualifications:

  • PTTLS or equivalent award/qualification in Education and/or Training
  • NVQ/Diploma minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Understanding of the care sector regulatory environment
  • Training experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.

In return, you will work for a first-class business with an enthusiastic and passionate team. The estimated salary for this role is approximately £40,000 per annum, based on a £35,000 salary and a £5,000 car allowance.

Job Description:
