Health and Social Care Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Health and Social Care Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a Care Training Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training programs for students pursuing qualifications in Health and Social Care.
About the Role:- Deliver Engaging Training Sessions: Lead interactive, practical, and informative sessions for learners studying Health and Social Care courses (Level 5). Use a variety of teaching methods to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Create Effective Course Materials: Work closely with the academic team to develop, review, and update training materials that reflect current industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide Support and Guidance: Offer one-on-one support to students, providing advice, guidance, and mentorship as they navigate their studies and career development.
- Experience in Health and Social Care: You should have substantial experience working in health and social care settings, with previous experience in managing a care home.
- Teaching or Training Experience: Teaching and Assessing qualification is essential (e.g., PTLLS, AET, CAVA, TAQA or equivalent) and a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about inspiring the next generation of professionals in the field. Estimated salary: £31,000 + up to £10k in bonuses.
