As a Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer, you will be responsible for:

  • Learner Support: Providing guidance and support to learners in achieving their apprenticeships and qualifications, including Diplomas, Gateway, and successful End Point Assessments.
  • Promotion and Monitoring: Ensuring the ongoing promotion and monitoring of safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, health and safety, wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent teaching skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of the health and social care sector. The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000, depending on experience.
