As part of our training team, you will contribute to the delivery and evaluation of group-wide projects, specifically focusing on induction, mandatory, and system-specific training. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all new employees receive a positive induction experience and have access to ongoing professional development opportunities.

We require an experienced trainer with a strong background in face-to-face classroom training, holding a relevant qualification such as a teaching certification. Experience working in the adult health and social care sector is preferred, along with excellent organisational skills, leadership abilities, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must be able to travel frequently and have a good understanding of CQC/CIW requirements and the health and social care framework.

Akari Care offers a competitive salary of £37,750 per annum, plus a car allowance of £4,000, and a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, recognition schemes, and rewarding referral schemes.
