Job Description: Corporate Trainer (First Aid and Mental Health)

LFUK Recruitment Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced corporate trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality training sessions in first aid, mental health first aid, and other related areas to a diverse range of clients across the UK.

About the Job:
We are looking for a trainer who can deliver engaging and effective training sessions to a diverse range of clients across the UK. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt training delivery to meet the specific needs of different client groups, and a passion for ensuring that all participants achieve the desired competencies.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver training sessions to a diverse range of clients across the UK.
  2. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to develop training packages and proposals for prospective clients.
  3. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our client training programs.
  4. Develop new training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, in collaboration with the training development team.

Requirements:
  • Qualified to deliver First Aid and Mental Health First Aid.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt training delivery to meet the specific needs of different client groups.
  • A passion for ensuring that all participants achieve the desired competencies.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive working environment.
