Job Title: Senior Health and Social Care Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Health and Social Care Manager to lead our Residential service in Darlington, County Durham.

As a Senior Health and Social Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the highest quality of care is provided to adults with Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. You will lead a team of professionals who share your passion for delivering person-centred support plans that meet individual needs, wishes, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
  • Maintain accurate records of individual health, well-being, and behaviour, ensuring timely reporting to relevant professionals and seeking support when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Development Manager and Finance Department to ensure effective financial planning and budgetary control for the service.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality management reviews to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Social Care qualification (Minimum essential required).
  • Experience working at a supervisory level in care/support settings within the last 3 years.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and ability to implement them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Full Driving License and use of car for business purposes.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
