About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EPoS Analyst to join our Technology team at Haven Holidays. As an EPoS Analyst, you will play a key role in defining, building, testing, and supporting our retail systems on Park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to determine the best course of action to help customers solve their problems.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in planning and create Iteration plans.
  • Conduct research, design, prototype, and other exploration activities.
  • Create and test work products defined by their features.
  • Deploy work products to staging and production.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Zonal Business systems or a similar Epos package.
  • Experience in similar Product Operations, Helpdesk, or Contact Centre roles.
  • Experience of hospitality or a similarly fast-paced industry, such as retail, would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Logical thinking and a solutions-oriented mindset.
