EPOS Support Role

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Work Model: Hybrid (50% In-Office)

Position Overview

The Technology division is embarking on a significant transformation, focusing on the modernization of our retail systems. As an EPoS Analyst, your responsibilities will include defining, constructing, testing, and assisting the business in identifying optimal solutions, while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

In your role within the Agile Technology team, you will engage extensively with stakeholders throughout the business to ascertain the most effective strategies for addressing their challenges. Your analytical mindset will be instrumental in guiding them.

Your Responsibilities

To enhance your expertise in a vital area of the organization by:

  • Identifying business opportunities
  • Mapping out business processes and operational value streams supported by technical solutions
  • Working alongside the Product Owner to develop and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Participating in planning sessions and creating iteration plans
  • Conducting research, design, prototyping, and exploratory activities
  • Creating and validating the deliverables defined by their features
  • Deploying deliverables to staging and production environments

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Zonal Business systems or a comparable EPoS platform
  • Experience in a similar Product Operations, Helpdesk, or Contact Centre role
  • Background in hospitality or a similarly fast-paced sector, such as retail, is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills, essential for collaboration with colleagues across the organization
  • Logical reasoning and a solutions-oriented approach
