About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Procurement team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the procurement team, ensuring the smooth operation of procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including preparing and processing procurement documents.
  • Assist with the coordination of procurement activities, including meetings and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including procurement team members and other departments.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Administrative experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and JDE 9.2 (preferred but not required).
