Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrative Assistant to join our Social Policy Finance and Administrative Support Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and general clerical support to teams across Social Policy, working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to teams across Social Policy, including minute taking and record keeping
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared objectives
  • Manage competing priorities and deadlines to meet business needs
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

Requirements

  • Confident user of IT systems, including Microsoft Office and other software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability
