Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Edinburgh & the Lothians. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive and professional secretarial and administrative support to our departments, ensuring all contacts receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange patient appointments and professional meetings on behalf of the departments
- Create agendas and take accurate minutes
- Provide clerical and office support to managers and teams throughout the South & East of Scotland
- Ensure all contacts receive the highest level of service
- Recent knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures, including minute taking
- Experience of working within an admin role or a customer-facing service
- Ability to prioritize workload and work towards deadlines
- Emotional resilience to work with people affected by death, dying, and bereavement
