Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation of procurement documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
Requirements:
- Administrative experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and JDE 9.2 (preferred but not required).
