About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our procurement team in West Lothian, Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and JDE 9.2.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience with ERP systems and JDE 9.2 (preferred but not required).
