Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our procurement team in West Lothian, Scotland.

This is a 12-month contract initially, with a commitment of 3 hours per day, 5 days a week. You'll have the flexibility to choose morning or afternoon hours, allowing you to work on your terms and develop your skillset.

The ideal candidate will have administrative experience with Microsoft 365 applications and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably JDE 9.2.

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes
