Housekeeping Manager

Join our team at Hilton London Bankside as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping and laundry department. Your primary goal will be to maintain impeccable levels of cleanliness and upkeep in all areas of the hotel, ensuring a consistently positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate all functions of Housekeeping and Laundry
- Ensure cost controls are in place and maintain or exceed standards of cleanliness
- Respond to and follow through on guest requests, concerns, and problems
- Support and train staff to continually strive for excellence in service and cleanliness
- Previous experience in a 5-star or similar property
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
- Exceptional Hilton OnQ PMS knowledge and HOTSOS knowledge
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write fluently in English
