Night Auditor

Sea Containers London is seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during the night shift.

• Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts, reconciling financial transactions, and preparing reports for management.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and ensure the security of the hotel during the night shift, maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest requests or issues, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate records of room statuses and updates in the property management system, ensuring that our systems are up-to-date and accurate.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Provide a detailed handover to the morning shift, ensuring continuity of service and a smooth transition.
