Role Overview

The Alliance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Education Ops Coordinator. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our educational programs, including coordinating with instructors, students, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
  • Program Setup: Coordinate the setup of new educational programs, including sourcing instructors, supporting content delivery, and updating schedules.
  • Administrative Tasks: Oversee project timelines, track course registrations, and maintain accurate internal records to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Content Creation & Maintenance: Assist with the creation and maintenance of landing pages, gather testimonials, and prepare engaging student communications.
  • Feedback & Quality Control: Collect feedback from students and share insights for program improvement, while also providing support to the Customer Success and Support teams.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to impactful projects, such as content migration across platforms and tracking course certifications.

Requirements
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to enhance cross-departmental collaboration with team members, instructors, and students.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital tools such as Asana, Zoom, Google Suite, and Slack, with experience in LMS platforms or project management tools a plus.
  • Problem-Solver: Proactive approach to troubleshooting and ensuring smooth program delivery.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to track and analyze basic program metrics and performance.
  • Team Player: Adaptable, eager to learn, and willing to support colleagues and projects across different functions.

Compensation

£25,000 - £27,000 base salary (range based on previous experience).


Location

This role can be fully remote from within the UK or hybrid in our London office.
