Job Title: Patient Experience Coordinator

We are looking for an exceptional Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team at Blaise Veterinary Referral Hospital, a state-of-the-art referral hospital in Birmingham.

This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and be part of an extraordinary project from its inception. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless communication with referring vets, partner practices, and pet owners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience.
  • Conduct surveys and gather feedback from patients and their families.
  • Work closely with the practice management team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure cleanliness and organisation of the reception area, waiting room, and common areas.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a patient-facing role or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £27,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including:
