Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Development Executive. This is an outstanding opportunity to broaden your existing skills with genuine career progression.

About the Role

The role of Sales Negotiator involves enquiry handling from potential buyers and sellers, matching buyers to suitable properties, creating market appraisals, qualifying potential clients, and identifying their needs. You will utilise your knowledge of business development techniques for marketing and winning new instructions.

A typical day will include a team meeting, arranging viewings, showing properties to prospective buyers, preparation for market appraisals and instruction appointments, managing existing clients' properties, actively seeking new clients, assisting colleagues with viewings and sales progression, and handling incoming enquiries.

Requirements
  • A proven track record in Estate Agency
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • The expertise to negotiate and close deals
  • Sound business ethics
  • Tenacious and a self-starter
  • The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
  • Your own car and a full, current driving licence
