Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clinical Registration Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for processing patient registrations in a timely and accurate fashion, receiving and interviewing incoming patients or representatives to obtain pertinent data, and distributing registration records to proper departments.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with billing staff to identify and create account accuracy improvement projects, and serve as a communication liaison between billing, coding, and registration staff for problem accounts and efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and adapt resources to meet the needs of the situation.
