About the Role
DCA Recruitment is seeking a professional and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, while delivering excellent customer service and supporting various departments with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
  1. Ensure a warm welcome to all clients and visitors by being attentive and responsive to their needs.
  2. Effectively handle incoming calls, directing them to the relevant personnel or taking messages as needed.
  3. Organize and maintain accurate records, including registration of applicant/client details for sales and lettings.
  4. Communicate with clients regarding outstanding payments, demonstrating a proactive approach to resolving any issues that may arise.
  5. Efficiently manage documents within our CRM system, ensuring seamless data management.
  6. Administer payment processes for suppliers, responding promptly to any queries that may arise.
  7. Provide comprehensive support to the accounts and lettings teams, contributing to the smooth operation of these departments.
  8. Coordinate deposit protection and returns, as well as manage stationery orders.
