**Job Summary:**

As a Devon Estates Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical systems and equipment.

You will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance checks, identifying and resolving technical issues, and implementing improvements to our facilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Level 3 qualification in a suitable mechanical discipline
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
