Workforce Change Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Change Specialist to join our team at Barclays. As a key member of our Employee Relations Workforce Change & Restructuring team, you will play a critical role in supporting the shaping of our workforce to meet long-term objectives and achieve optimum business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of Workforce Change and Restructuring projects across the organization, driving and supporting allocated change programmes.
- Collaborate with HR workstreams to deliver change programmes, including restructuring, LEE transfers, outsourcing, insourcing, site closures, new legal entity set-ups, acquisitions, and contract changes.
- Develop and implement project initiation, due diligence, consultation, implementation, communication plans, governance, and risk management strategies.
- Provide technical expertise across various project types, including redundancies and re-organisations, LEE transfers, outsourcing, insourcing, site closures, new legal entity set-ups, acquisitions, and contract changes.
- Strong experience in Workforce Change and Restructuring, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Excellent project management, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical expertise in consultancy, unions, redundancy, and relevant legal requirements.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization, with a solid appreciation of cultural and geographic sensitivities.
- Excellent analytical and data skills, with the ability to manipulate large datasets in Excel.
- Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
