About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Change Specialist to join our team at Barclays. As a key member of our Employee Relations Workforce Change & Restructuring team, you will play a critical role in supporting the shaping of our workforce to meet long-term objectives and achieve optimum business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of change programmes across the organisation, including restructuring, redundancies, and re-organisations.
  • Drive and support allocated change programmes, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Collaborate with HRBP, ER, and other specialist HR functions to deliver high-quality change programmes.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to ensure effective engagement with stakeholders.
  • Manage governance and risk associated with change programmes.
  • Provide technical expertise on workforce change and restructuring, including consultations, unions, and redundancies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in workforce change and restructuring, with a strong track record of delivering successful change programmes.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong technical expertise in workforce change and restructuring, including consultations, unions, and redundancies.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed organisation and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and data skills, with experience of working with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
