About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Change Specialist to join our team at Barclays. As a key member of our Employee Relations Workforce Change & Restructuring team, you will play a critical role in supporting the shaping of our workforce to meet long-term objectives and achieve optimum business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of change programmes across the organisation, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Drive and support allocated change programmes, working closely with HRBP, ER, and other specialist HR functions.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to ensure seamless change management.
  • Manage governance and risk associated with change programmes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver change initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in workforce change and restructuring, with a strong track record of delivering successful change programmes.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed organisation and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and data skills, with experience of working with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Logical decision-making, effective listening, and utmost professionalism.
