About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Workforce Change and Restructuring team at Barclays. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving and supporting change programmes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of change programmes, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Drive and manage projects, leveraging your technical expertise and project management skills to deliver results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, ER, and other specialist functions, to ensure seamless execution of change programmes.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication plans, ensuring timely and transparent communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in workforce change and restructuring, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical expertise, including experience with consultations, unions, redundancies, and relevant legal requirements.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment, with a strong focus on delivering results under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical and data skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build effective relationships.
