Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of workforce change initiatives across the organization.
  • Drive and manage change programs, ensuring successful delivery and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective communication plans, governance structures, and risk management strategies.
  • Provide technical expertise on workforce change and restructuring, including consultations, union liaison, and redundancies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including unions, works councils, and senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in workforce change and restructuring, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
