About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Change Specialist to join our team at Barclays. As a key member of our Employee Relations Workforce Change & Restructuring team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of workforce change initiatives across the organization.
  • Drive and support allocated change programmes, ensuring successful delivery and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with HR workstreams to deliver complex change programmes, including restructuring, LEE transfers, outsourcing, insourcing, site closures, new legal entity set-ups, acquisitions, and contract changes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in workforce change and restructuring, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent technical skills, including consultations, unions, redundancies, and relevant legal requirements.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to structure and run programmes, track progress, and manage stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and data skills, with the ability to manipulate large datasets in Excel.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
