Regional Sales Manager

Salary: £45,000 DOE

Location: Southwest, Field Based

Shift: Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm & Friday 8am-3:30pm

Our client, a leading Specialist Mechanical Door Engineering Company, is seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and support a regional sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing 'Preventative Maintenance' contracts for Industrial and Automatic doors, while achieving individual sales targets for larger service contracts.

  4. Quote and Order Follow-up
  5. Sales Opportunity Identification and Pursuit
  6. Material and Equipment Procurement
  7. Health and Safety Meetings and Compliance
  8. Marketing Campaign Support and Digital Media Engagement
  9. Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
  10. Out-of-Hours Rota and On-Call Responsibilities
  11. Customer Enquiries and Support
  12. Customer Relationship Management
  13. Manufacturing Details and Supplier Drawings
  14. Sales Target Achievement and Performance Monitoring
  15. Project Walkthroughs and Engineer Team Collaboration
  16. Customer Issue Resolution and Escalation
  17. Technical Surveys and Site Audits
  18. Quality Management Systems and Compliance
  19. Risk Assessment Method Statements and Compliance
  20. Account Management and Customer Retention
