Regional Sales Manager

Salary: £45,000 DOE

Location: Southwest, Field Based

Shift: Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm & Friday 8am-3:30pm

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting a regional sales team in securing 'Preventative Maintenance' contracts for Industrial and Automatic doors. The role requires completing site surveys, submitting and securing quotations or tenders in accordance with the company estimating rules and in line with pricing policies and targeted time frames. The successful candidate will provide excellent service standards and promote products and service offerings.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Internal Team Communication
  2. Carrying Out Customer Surveys
  3. Leading in Quotes & Orders Fast Turnarounds
  4. Following up Quotes & Orders
  5. Maximising Sales Opportunities
  6. Obtaining Materials / Goods / Equipment Quotes
  7. Attend Health & Safety Meetings
  8. Support Marketing Campaigns & Digital Media
  9. Identify Hazards on Customer Sites
  10. Out of Hours Rota
  11. Customer Enquiries
  12. Managing Customer Relations
  13. Identifying & Completing Manufacturing Details
  14. Signing Off / Approving Supplier Drawings
  15. Achieving Monthly Sales Target
  16. Project Walkthroughs with Engineer Teams
  17. Dealing with Customer Issues
  18. Completing full Technical Surveys
  19. Site & Vehicle Audits
  20. Adhering to Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  21. Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS)
  22. Account Management
