Regional Sales Manager

At Kemp Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our client's team. The main purpose of this role is to oversee and support a regional sales team in securing 'Preventative Maintenance' contracts for Industrial and Automatic doors. This involves achieving their own sales targets for larger service contracts while ensuring excellent customer service standards and promoting products and services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for
1. Internal Team Communication: Maintaining effective communication with the internal team to ensure smooth sales operations.
2. Carrying Out Customer Surveys: Conducting thorough site surveys to identify customer needs and preferences.
3. Leading in Quotes & Orders: Managing and overseeing the generation of quotes and orders in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Following up Quotes & Orders: Ensuring that all quotes and orders are processed and delivered to the customer in a timely and professional manner.
5. Maximising Sales Opportunities: Identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities to maximise revenue growth.
6. Obtaining Materials / Goods / Equipment Quotes: Procuring quotes for materials, goods, and equipment required for sales operations.
7. Attend Health & Safety Meetings: Participating in health and safety meetings to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Support Marketing Campaigns & Digital Media: Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and digital media strategies.
9. Identify Hazards on Customer Sites: Identifying potential hazards on customer sites and taking necessary precautions to ensure a safe working environment.
10. Out of Hours Rota: Participating in an out-of-hours rota to ensure 24/7 customer support.
11. Customer Enquiries: Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
12. Managing Customer Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
13. Identifying & Completing Manufacturing Details: Gathering and processing manufacturing details for sales operations.
14. Signing Off / Approving Supplier Drawings: Reviewing and approving supplier drawings and documentation.
15. Achieving Monthly Sales Target: Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
16. Project Walkthroughs with Engineer Teams: Conducting project walkthroughs with engineer teams to ensure effective project delivery.
17. Dealing with Customer Issues: Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
18. Completing full Technical Surveys: Conducting thorough technical surveys to ensure accurate sales operations.
19. Site & Vehicle Audits: Conducting regular site and vehicle audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
20. Adhering to Quality Management Systems (QMS): Ensuring compliance with quality management systems to ensure high-quality sales operations.
21. Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS): Conducting risk assessments and developing method statements to ensure safe working practices.
22. Account Management: Managing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
