Mortgage Services Sales Director Opportunity
A unique chance has arisen for a seasoned Sales Manager or Senior Mortgage Consultant to progress their career and take on a leadership role.
As the new Sales Manager, you will oversee 14 branches across Plymouth and Mid Cornwall, nurturing and developing outstanding individuals already in the team and expanding it further.
Consideration will also be given to applications from candidates with relevant experience seeking their next career step.
You will recruit for, manage, and develop a team of 9 Mortgage & Protection Consultants with varied experience across several successful Fulfords/Millers and Stratton Creber Branches.
You will be financially rewarded for your team's success in exceeding sales targets in line with the standard Mortgage Manager's remuneration scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, manage, and develop a team of Mortgage & Protection Consultants
- Oversee 14 branches across Plymouth and Mid Cornwall
- Exceed sales targets in line with the standard Mortgage Manager's remuneration scheme
Requirements:
- Full mortgage qualification
- Financial Services Experience
