Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at ISR Recruitment. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot in-house EPoS and back office applications
  • Diagnose and resolve a wide range of EPoS, Windows, and networking problems to minimize downtime
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues in a LAN/WAN environment

Requirements:

  • Over 1 year of experience in an IT Support Technician role
  • Understanding of Servers, TCP/IP, or experience using VNC
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
