About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate Manager to join our team at SC Johnson Professional. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our distribution and sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and distribution across key retailers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication with retailers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Lead the development of sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape and market trends.
