About the PositionThis term-time only role involves working 35 hours per week for 38 weeks of the year. Our competitive salary is £22,187, based on the Buckinghamshire Council pay scale.

Responsibilities- Deliver targeted learning support to students with SEN, fostering academic growth and confidence.
- Collaborate with teachers to create personalized learning plans, guaranteeing students participate fully in lessons and activities.
- Contribute to a safe and respectful school atmosphere by supporting students' social-emotional needs.
