Job Summary

beBee Professionals in Aylesbury is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support our inclusive learning programs. This role involves working closely with SEN students to facilitate their educational and personal growth in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with lead teachers to assist SEN students in classroom activities, ensuring a tailored approach to meet their individual needs.
  • Implement and monitor individualized education plans, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide targeted support to students with special needs, helping them achieve their full potential and develop essential life skills.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification, with a strong foundation in special needs education.
  • Previous experience working with children with special needs, demonstrating a commitment to inclusive education.
  • Excellent understanding of the challenges faced by SEN students, with a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
