**Job Description:**

Aylesbury is looking for a dedicated Learning Assistant Specialist to provide academic support to students. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with teachers and students, making a significant impact on pupil progress.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Supporting Teaching and Learning: Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons, focusing on literacy, numeracy, and personal development.
  • Student Support: Foster positive relationships with students, providing targeted support for those with behaviour or learning difficulties.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Education: Level 3 or higher teaching assistant qualification (HLTA Status) or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the primary or secondary curriculum, knowledge of SEN support, and effective teaching strategies.

**Estimated Salary:** Approximately £30,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
