Sales Executive

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team at The Access Group. As a Sales Executive - Construction Industry Expert, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a well-qualified opportunity pipeline to consistently meet or exceed budget targets.
You will advance opportunities through defined sales stages, optimizing our approach to position us as the preferred and sole solution provider, culminating in successful contract agreements.
Key responsibilities include creating and implementing commercial strategies that maximize customer benefits and drive business growth, staying attuned to industry trends and customer needs, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation of sales activities in key systems like Salesforce.
Requirements include a proven track record of success in selling large, complex advanced technology solutions across enterprise-level construction, manufacturing, logistics, utilities, or similar industries, as well as skilled engagement with senior executives and domain experts within the highly competitive and demanding construction industry.
