About This Role

Havas Play Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Business Director to lead client growth initiatives and deliver market-leading campaigns. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive client growth and revenue
  • Lead client relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results
  • Manage and motivate high-performing teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the sport and culture industry, including key trends, insights, and trade industry bodies
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Creative Teams to deliver outstanding creative solutions
  • Work with the Activation Team to develop and execute effective activation plans
  • Provide senior counsel to clients on business challenges and develop solutions to drive growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Contribute to the agency's overall vision and strategy, providing input on business planning and growth initiatives
