Property Manager - Client Side (Major Developer / Housing Association)

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our client's in-house Property Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 5 x large new build estates in SE London, with a focus on resident satisfaction and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, with a strong understanding of budget setting, insurance, and major works. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors and residents.

This is a client side role with no risk of site loss, offering a stable and secure career path. The successful candidate will be well supported by a large and competent team, with a focus on resident care and quality management.
