Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at Property Personnel. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our landlords and tenants receive an effective and efficient property management service during their tenancy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a property portfolio, including arranging maintenance and inspections
  • Act as liaison between landlords, tenants, and contractors, delivering high service levels to all parties
  • Arrange gas and electrical safety checks, and assist with inventories, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Negotiate deposit returns and prepare contracts
  • Manage relationships with contractors and adhere to compliance through efficient administration
Personal Specification:
  • Experience within residential property management, preferably in London
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of property management software and systems
