Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at Property Personnel. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our landlords and tenants receive an effective and professional property management service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a property portfolio, ensuring timely and efficient administration
  • Act as liaison between landlords, tenants, and contractors, delivering high service levels to all parties
  • Arrange maintenance on behalf of landlords, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Carry out property inspections, identifying and addressing any issues
  • Manage relationships with contractors, ensuring high-quality services
  • Arrange gas and electrical safety checks, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Assist with inventories, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accurate and efficient processes
  • Negotiate deposit returns, ensuring fair and transparent outcomes
  • Prepare contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Perform ad-hoc administration duties, supporting the team as needed
Requirements:
  • Experience within residential property management, with a strong understanding of current lettings legislation
  • ARLA/NFoPP qualifications advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • First-class customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • IT literate, with proficiency in relevant software and systems
  • Confident, friendly attitude, with excellent communication skills
  • Well-presented, with a professional demeanor
What We Offer:

A competitive salary in the range of £28,000 to £35,000, depending on experience, and a dynamic work environment that supports your growth and development.
