Property Manager Opportunity

Our client, a private family office with a strong track record in investment and asset management within the property sector in the UK, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team in Westminster.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within residential property management, strong organisation and administration skills, and excellent customer service and communication skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing residential properties on behalf of clients
  • Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
  • Handling tenant relations and communication
  • Preparing and submitting reports and accounts
  • Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation

The successful candidate will be ARLA qualified, have experience dealing with high-end clientele, and possess a high level of customer service skills.

Our client offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 dependent on experience and qualifications, plus a bonus incentive. Benefits include 23 days holiday increasing to 25 days after two years of service, company pension scheme matched up to 5%, life insurance/death in service after probation, company health care scheme after 3 years, and more.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
