Prime Property Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Prime Property Manager to join our team at Property Personnel. As a Prime Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer-focused property management service to our landlords and tenants.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure effective property management services to landlords and tenants
* Handle day-to-day property maintenance issues, including utility bills
* Visit properties before and during tenancies
* Maintain a portfolio of prime properties across Kensington and Notting Hill Gate

**Requirements**

* Previous property management experience within a prime central London-based estate agency
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* At least 1 year's property management experience within prime central London
* Excellent IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
